Observed after delivery in slim women with tender muscles and week connective tissue. The operation lasts 1-2 hours. The anesthesia is general. The stay at the center is two days on aspiration drainage. Elastic belt is worn for a month. The excellent result is visible after the operation. The left operative scar may be vertical (on the middle line) or horizontal ( over the pubis and inguinal folds.
